“Human beings gradually lost their knowledge and experience of the spiritual nature of water, until at last they came to treat it merely as a substance and a means of transmitting energy. The more people learned to understand the physical nature of water and to use it technically, the more their knowledge of the soul and spirit of this element faded. This was a basic change of attitude, for they now looked no longer at the being of water but merely at its physical value.” – Theodor Schwenk, Sensitive Chaos

“The Sage’s Transformation of the world arises from solving the problem of water. If water is united, the human heart will be connected. The pivot of work is water.” – Lao-Tzu

RESEARCH FOCUS: WATER

CORE ELEMENT CONNECTING ALL LIFE – FINITE RESOURCE

It interests me to investigate different aspects and characteristics of water and liquid systems, water in all its dimensions, respecting their interconnectedness – from how we treat water, our culture of use; to the way liquid systems shape landscapes as well as our organism and, further, to liquid systems all being one in their resonance and, by that, mediating between life on earth and the cosmos.
