The great god Paṭhavi manifests herself as a multitude: imposing mountains, unyielding, unbending, uncompromising. The dreamer flies on her wings and lands atop the peak, and converses with the goddess—a talk of dust and a talk of ash, of clay become flesh and rock become bone that goes to water and earth, to be reborn. The dreamer dances the dance of her ancestors, as the small gods of the rocks and streams and gusts of wind look on, with hope, with longing, with fear. Is this the cosmic dance made concrete, is this the Tandava of creation or destruction?
It fades to black, and silence.
And then there was light.

ABOUT
DREAMER is an interdisciplinary, live performance, featuring short films that is adaptable in its technical requirements and can be shown in varied spaces: theatres, art spaces, galleries and / or museums.
Embracing and celebrating our connection with the earth and nature; inspired by the way in which all elements are intrinsically connected, DREAMER is a body of interconnected works. A special beauty of DREAMER lays within its depth and richness, the interplay and alchemy of its different elements and dimensions: performance – dance and music, short films, exposition
FORMING ONE BREATHING ORGANISM
THE EVENING presents the live performance in connection with an exposition of art works – the visual work opens up yet another dimension of this journey and allows the public to dive into the work in a different way.
This work wants to open and create a space for a creative and transformative power.
It is an ode to our inner creative live force and to nature – that many in society experience a disconnect from and are hungry to come back to. DREAMER travels through different dimensions, opening windows to the outside, beyond the space and equally, happening here and now, traveling outwards and inwards, seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing – loosening divisions.
PRESENTATION
Depending on the context, the main focus can shift and lay either with the performance or the exposition of the visual works. The different elements can be presented in different combinations and, equally, on their own. It’s possible to talk about and look into possibilities.
